The Story Behind the Practice
As a woman living with MS, who lived with countless digestive symptoms and chronic pain since childhood, this work comes from lived experience.
I know how exhausting it is to live with symptoms no one can explain… And how powerful it is when someone finally says, “Let’s figure this out. FOR REAL.”
I created this practice because I was tired of seeing people dismissed, rushed, and told they were “fine” when they clearly weren’t. As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I can now offer the kind of care I wish I had access to before!
This isn’t a quick fix.
